To reserve a room, you must contact the hotel at (800) 442-1644. To receive the rate, you must provide a valid credit card to the hotel and mention you are part of the "Trivia Tournaments" group.Reservations must be made by February 20, or the unclaimed rooms will be released to the rest of the public. In addition, room cancellations must be made by April 19 at 4p EDT to avoid credit card charges.Nonsmoking rooms are guaranteed, and a complimentary continental breakfast is included.If there are any problems with trying to make a reservation, e-mail me directly.And as always, keep in mind that teams and officials are NOT required to reserve a room at this hotel.
