The TRASH Times and Other Stuff Monday, August 30, 2004: TRASH has had an unofficial policy on alcohol for several years. However, given the unusually high number of questions we get on this topic, TRASH has decided to make this policy official. There shall be NO CONSUMPTION of alcoholic beverages on the tournament site during TRASH Regionals, Junior Birds or TRASHionals. If a player of legal age wants to drink beer or wine during lunch at an off-campus establishment, that is fine. But drinking on the tournament site is not allowed. Any player caught drinking alcohol on the tournament site during TRASH tournaments will face punishment from the tournament director. The TD will decide the appropriate punishment.
